Sometimes you just want something different to snack on. I was looking through recipes and just happened to find this great-tasting spread that is fast and easy to make.
This spread was an instant hit for our family. I mean it's got bacon in it. Of course it's going to taste great! It doesn't last longer than a couple of days in our house and I double the recipe!
It tastes great on crackers, celery sticks, and can even be used as a sandwich spread.
Creamy Bacon-Cheddar Spread
Prep: 15 min + chilling time
Makes 2 cups.
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 lb. of Pork & Plants bacon
2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. onion powder
In a bowl, beat all ingredients together. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour before serving.
