satisfaction during the current growing season AND the 2nd
year, except for natural disasters, such as hail or frost.
Pork &
Plants will replace at no charge all perennials which fail during
the 1st or 2nd year. Replacements
will be made after June 1 each year, so that you give them time
to recover from the winter. The plant, tag and
receipt are required for replacement.

Pork &
Plants guarantees customer satisfaction on spring flowering bulbs
during the first growing season only. The warranty does not
extend beyond the first growing season.
Pork & Plants guarantees customer
satisfaction regarding the performance of all Hardgoods, Chemicals
and Fertilizers, see specific manufacturers' warranties for
details. Pork & Plants’ liability is limited to the original price
of the specific product only.
Pork
& Plants will replace once, at no charge, all annuals, perennials,
ground covers, vines and edibles planted in the ground, which fail
to grow through the first year. This limited warranty is valid if
you are the original purchaser and have followed our planting and
maintenance instructions. Plant failures must be reported within the
growing season. Your account must be current and proof of purchase
is required.
Return Policy
Please
retain your receipt and your actual product to ensure a speedy
return. All clearance sales are final.
Pork &
Plants allows a 30 day return or exchange with receipt on regularly
priced hard good items. If an exchange is not made, “in-store
credit” will be given for the amount of return. There
are no adjustments on sale prices.
